Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All services from SEOEclipse are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, physical shipments, or in-person components unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.

2. Delivery timelines by service

• Keyword Intelligence Report: 3-5 business days from payment and access confirmation
• Technical Site Audit: 2-4 business days from payment and site access
• Content and Authority Strategy: 7-10 business days from payment and brief confirmation
• Link Acquisition: 5-day setup, then monthly cycle
• Local Map Ranking: 4-day setup, then monthly cycle
• Full SEO Management: Onboarding within 2 business days, strategy document within 10
• Support hours: Scheduled by mutual agreement within 5 business days of purchase

3. Access requirements

Timelines begin from the date we receive required access from the client. For technical audits and management services, we typically require Google Search Console access and may request CMS or server access. Delays in providing access extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

4. Delivery format

Deliverables are provided as structured documents (PDF, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or equivalent), shared digitally with the contact email provided at checkout.
